GH1 - How to use the lifting module
Description
The GH1 lifting motor has been designed to deal with day-to-day lifting needs typically encountered in private homes, sheltered accommodations and nursing homes. It takes up little space, is easy to operate and helps make lifting and moving processes safe, simple and comfortable for users and care staff alike.
The GH1 motor is operated via a user-friendly hand control unit, quickly and easily lifting users weighing up to 255 kg/560 lbs.
The lifting motor is charged by placing the hand control in the GH1 docking station. A fully charged lifting module can perform more than 55 lifts of 85 kg /18 lbs.
All GH1 lifting motors are user-friendly, powerful and fast; they are designed for permanent/semi-permanent installation in the ceiling- or wall-mounted rails. They can also be used in free-standing rail systems that are ideal for “here and now” lifting needs. These systems can be set up – and taken down again – in just 10 minutes.
The lifting motor is supplied as standard with a set of reversible cover plates in white and yellow.
Combined with products from the comprehensive Guldmann range of lifting hangers and slings, the GH1 Ceiling lift is the ideal choice for many different lifting and moving procedures, and can also be used to assist with other care tasks, mobilization exercises, training and rehabilitation programs.
Add-on products for the GH1 ceiling hoist:
Smart Guard, a plastic bag tube that covers the lifting strap to protect it from contamination especially suitable for operating theatres or other situations in which high hygiene standards are needed.
Smart Reach, a plastic cover for the emergency cord that enables you to reset the emergency stop button when the hoist is out of reach. Smart Reach is very easy to attach to the emergency cord.
