Experience: Therapist / Nurse / other related health care field would be highly valued

As directed by the assigned Regional Sales Manager, the SMS’s primary responsibility will be to perform selling activities among Guldmann’s Clinical Client base. The key messaging will focus on the benefits of using Guldmann’s broad product offerings and consulting services for optimal SPHM & early mobility applications. A particular focus will be in an Acute Care setting, with a strong emphasis on slings.

In addition to performing these clinical sales functions, the SMS will be leading clinical training seminars, on-site peer unit training programs, and educational support programs for both the patient and caregiver within a given Acute Care facility. Finally, the SMS, as directed by the Regional Sales Manager, will be required to promote the benefits of the Guldmann Academy in providing customized seminars for training and recalibrating Peer Unit Leaders, as well as becoming Guldmann Certified in the latest SPHM and early mobility applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Client site instruction and education activities
  • Demonstrations, presentations, trial activity
  • Utilize and provide assistance with resource materials (internal and external) which support consulting and education services for customers (Guldmann Academy)
  • Perform on-site sling audits for the various departments within an Acute Care facility
  • Achieve a high level of expertise in Guldmann products, SPHM educational services, and other industry products and services
  • Engage in client prospecting activities of new customers in conjunction with assigned Regional Sales Managers within the dedicated territory

Certificates /Licenses: 
No specific licenses or certifications are required, however, certification in safe patient handling and mobility or other relevant ergonomics field is encouraged.
