Another successful year at the National Back Exchange!
Delegates took great interest in the Positioning lock which was utilised to show the benefits of having a rehabilitation solution that can be used in many ways whether that be from the small but vital movements, balance training, strengthening and many more.
We also showcased the Training Kit, this allows users to perform basic rehabilitation tasks required with or without the Positioning lock. Both the Positioning lock and the Training Kit contributes to early mobilisation based on the assumption that the more mobile our patients are, the less strain they put on the staff as they can actively participate in the care tasks and transfers.
Our Development Consultant, Physiotherapist and Master of Health Science, Stine H. Stensgaard did a talk on “Adapting Work Environment Ideas to Practical Solutions”, the delegates were then able to put this into action on our stand.
We also experienced a lot of interest in our Pannus Support sling which is used to provide assistance during personal hygiene and skin care procedures.
