1. When does this Privacy Policy apply?
This Privacy Policy applies to V. Guldmann A/S’ (“Guldmann”) processing of the personal da-ta you leave and/or provide when you visit Guldmann’s Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube pag-es (the “Pages”) and when you click on the links to the Pages integrated at the bottom of our website www.guldmann.com.
2. Who is the data controller of my personal data?
Guldmann and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (”Meta”) are jointly responsible for the processing of your personal data via Guldmann’s Instagram page and for the processing that takes place when you click on the Instagram link which is integrated into Guldmann’s website www.guldmann.com. This privacy policy supplements Meta's general privacy policy applicable to Instagram, which you can find here.
Guldmann and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (”LinkedIn”) are jointly responsible for the processing of your personal data via Guldmann’s LinkedIn page and for the processing that takes place when you click on the LinkedIn link which is integrated into Guldmann’s website www.guldmann.com. This privacy policy supplements LinkedIn's general privacy policy, which you can find here.
Guldmann and Google Ireland Limited (”Google”) are jointly responsible for the processing of your personal data via Guldmann’s YouTube page and for the processing that takes place when you click on the YouTube link which is integrated into Guldmann’s website www.guldmann.com. This privacy policy supplements Google's general privacy policy, which you can find here.
Vimeo.com, Inc. (”Vimeo”) processes your personal data on behalf of Guldmann when you visit Guldmann's Vimeo page, and Vimeo, therefore, acts as a data processor for Guldmann.

Guldmann follows the guidelines of the supervisory authorities regarding joint controllership, and Guldmann makes every effort to ensure with the means available that you receive information about the processing of your personal data when you visit the Pages. In cooperation with other companies, we regularly try to enter a dialogue with Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube regarding the regulation of joint controllership.

3. The Pages
Depending on your behaviour on the Pages, Guldmann and Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and Vimeo respectively (depending on the Page you are visiting), may receive the following personal data about you:
- Whether you “Like” the Pages or have used other reactions on the Pages.
- Comments you leave on the Pages
- That you have visited the Pages
- Your behaviour and interests on the Pages
- IP address and technical information about the browser you use
Meta, LinkedIn, and Google also use the Pages to collect statistical information about visitors' behaviour on the Pages, including age, gender, relationship status, job, lifestyle, areas of interest, information about purchases and geographical information. For this purpose, Meta, LinkedIn, and Google have placed cookies on your device when you visit the Pages. Each cookie contains a unique identification code that remains active for a period of two years unless it is deleted before the expiry of that period. Meta, LinkedIn, and Google receive, store, and process your personal data through these cookies.

4. What is the purpose of the processing of your personal data?
Guldmann also uses your personal data to improve products, improve the Pages and make surveys, prepare statistics, develop and protect Guldmann's services and products, including based on your feedback. In this connection, Guldmann uses aggregated information made available by Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and Vimeo, respectively, through their cookies, e.g., information about age, gender, relationship status, job, lifestyle, areas of interest and information about purchases and geographical information.
Meta, LinkedIn, and Google process your personal data to improve their ad systems and to provide Guldmann with statistics prepared by Meta, LinkedIn, and Google based on your visit to the Pages for the purpose of posting ads and adapting the activities on the Pages. Via cookies, Guldmann and Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, respectively, get information about how you interact with the Pages and their applications so that Guldmann and Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, respectively, can adapt the content on the Pages and develop functions that you might be interested in.
5. What is the legal basis for the processing?
Guldmann processes your personal data to pursue Guldmann’s legitimate interests in improving Guldmann’s products and services (point (f) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Meta processes your personal data to pursue their legitimate interests, including Meta’s interest in providing an innovative, individually adapted, secure and profitable service (point (f) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Meta further processes your personal data in accordance with your consent which you may withdraw at any time via the privacy set-tings on Instagram here (point (a) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

6. Who will receive my personal data?
Guldmann may disclose your personal data to third parties that, subject to agreement with Guldmann, provide relevant services. These may be IT providers, email providers and marketing providers. Such service providers will only process personal data in accordance with our instructions as provided in the concluded data processor agreements.
Guldmann will generally not disclose your personal data to any third parties without your consent. However, in some circumstances and subject to legislation, Guldmann may be required to disclose your personal data to:
- The police
- Attorneys
- Auditors
- Courts
- Public authorities
- Potential buyers
- Consolidated companies
If Guldmann transfers your personal data to data processors or data controllers in countries outside the EU/EEA that do not provide adequate protection, such transfer will be based on the European Commission’s standard contracts. Meta, LinkedIn, and Google may each share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

- You have a right to object to the collection and further processing of your personal data
- You have the right to have your personal data rectified, erased, or blocked
- In some cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data
- You have the right to receive personal data about yourself and in some cases to have any personal data which you have provided to us transferred to another data controller (data portability)

8. Whom do I contact?
According to Meta’s, LinkedIn’s, and Google’s general setup and the agreements made by Guldmann with each of these providers, you need to contact the provider of the relevant service (Meta, LinkedIn, or Google) if you want to exercise your rights. The reason is that only the provider is functionally able to take the steps required to respond to most of your requests.
