Time to Care 2026:
Changing care together

On 2–3 June 2026, Guldmann hosted Time to Care 2026 at Hindsgavl Castle in Middelfart, Denmark.

Under the theme “Changing Care”, healthcare leaders, clinicians, therapists, work environment consultants and safe patient handling specialists came together to share knowledge, experiences and ideas.

The focus of the event was a question many healthcare organisations are facing: How can we create positive changes that improve work processes, strengthen the working environment and create more time to care?

Across the two-day programme, speakers from Denmark, Sweden, the UK and the US shared perspectives on occupational health, innovation, human factors, dementia care, safe patient handling and the implementation of evidence-based practice.

The presentations showed that meaningful change is rarely created by one single solution. It often comes from a better understanding of daily workflows, the needs of staff and patients, and the practical barriers that make change difficult.

Participants also had time for dialogue, networking and shared reflection. The forum created space for open conversations across professions and organisations with a common goal of improving care environments and supporting the people who work in them.

Guldmann would like to thank all speakers and participants for contributing to Time to Care 2026. We hope the knowledge, ideas and connections from the event will continue to inspire positive change and help create more time to care.
