”Time to care” is the outcome of the Safe Patient Handling equipment that Guldmann proudly has manufactured for more than 35 years. Today’s cornerstone in our product program is the seventh generation Ceiling Lift System GH3 with more features than any other brand on the market. A full turn-key solution including Consulting and Training is part of what customers get when partnering up with us, and an added reason to why they stay with, us.

”Access for all” is the deliverable in our Stepless products. This line of Ramps and Lifting Platforms is the absolute top of the line in accessibility.

The position
The Country Manager is responsible for the entire operation on the French territory. This includes project sales, direct sales and the service and maintenance business.

The French subsidiary counts 34 employees and the organization is divided into sales and marketing, operations (including field service) and finance. As a Country Manager, you are assuring the growth of the business. It's key to your success that you can assure growth through competent and committed people and in that respect your role as a real team leader is important. The country manager should also be able to overlook the administration, operations, and project management. As Country Manager, you will be based in the French headquarter in Paris. The Office contains a showroom that is widely used for demonstrations and seminars for customers and business partners.

The profile
You have a proven track record as a manager and have experience in the MedTech sector or in solution sales. Knowledge of business unit management is an advantage.

The ideal candidate is experienced with system sales in an environment with many stakeholders, if possible, in both the private and public sectors. You have core skills in project sales and providing ROI-based presentations alone as well as in a group. As a manager, you will also provide the drive to motivate others to deliver evidence-based solutions on a high level. Understanding how to build and sell a value proposition is important.

You are an inspiring leader who likes to work at the frontline with your crew, and you know how to get the best performance out of people who report to you. As a team member, you know how to lead and how to listen, and you are not afraid to try something new. You’re expected to be able to switch smoothly between operational, tactical, and strategic levels, depending on the situation.

You are an open-minded and accessible leader that motivates your team by sharing objectives and showing the way. You see your local management team as a real resource in the creation of the success. Value-based management is an important skill for every Guldmann manager. It gives you the needed integrity to lead and guide our highly skilled staff and thus our performance.

The Country Manager must have shown an ability to corporate and create results in organizations holding a big variety of skilled people with different backgrounds.
You properly hold an academic degree.
