Hands-on Study Day
at retirement village
In a continued effort to support our distributors head of Guldmann Consulting, PT, Anders Haugaard, came to the UK to demonstrate the Guldmann approach focusing on Transfer, Treatment and Training, to Physiotherapists at a retirement village.
Organised by Direct Healthcare Solutions who have a great relationship with the retirement village charity, the day consisted of hands-on practical work, methods and principles for assessing and working with slings and gave the Physiotherapists a chance to ask questions and have our solutions demonstrated for them.
All participants were eager to be involved and opened their minds to new possibilities and opportunities when using slings (for much more than just a transfer from A-B). They expressed excitement to get back to work and use this knowledge at each of their individual care homes.
It is always nice to experience that our approach makes a difference.
